Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry on Wednesday said the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders were trying to hold the incumbent government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) responsible for the failure of their last regime.
He said PML-N leader Hamza Shehbaz had spoken a naked lie by blaming the PTI for the economic crisis being faced by the country. The PML-N’s corrupt government in fact had left a bankrupt economy, he said in a statement. The minister said Hamza’s statement regarding the economic crisis was like committing a theft and then justifying it as well. Examples of telling such lies could be rarely found, he said, adding that the PML-N leaders had done doctorate speaking lies.
